Comes with 4 cuffs made from leather, as well as 4 extra hitch rings for added arm and thigh restraint. Comes with wall anchors (2x 3-foot chains and 2x hitching rings) for stability and balance. Footrests included. Back support is padded for comfort. The base is padded on the bottom to avoid scratching. Cross is designed for relative ease of setup and takedown.
